Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you bought. Because we sell food and food supplements, there are limits on what we can take back — those limits exist for safety, not to make refunds difficult.
The short version
- Sealed and unopened — returnable within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened — not returnable, because we cannot verify or resell a consumable once the seal is broken.
- Damaged, wrong or missing on arrival — always our problem. Tell us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it in full.
Returning an unopened item
Email care@littlenanosciences.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and what you would like to return. Please do not post anything back before you hear from us — an unannounced parcel cannot be matched to an order, and we will not be able to refund it.
The item must come back:
- unopened, with the manufacturer's seal intact;
- in its original packaging, in resalable condition;
- with enough shelf life remaining for us to sell it.
Something arrived damaged, wrong or missing
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the outer packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at your choice. We will not ask you to pay return postage for our mistake.
What cannot be returned
- Any item whose seal has been opened or broken.
- Items past the 7-day window, unless the product itself was faulty.
- Items damaged after delivery through storage or handling.
- Free gifts and promotional items, which are refunded only as part of the order they came with.
None of this affects your rights under Pakistani consumer law where a product is genuinely faulty, incorrectly described, or unfit for sale.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the return we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. How quickly it then appears depends on your bank or card issuer, which is outside our control.
Delivery charges are refunded when the return is our fault — a damaged, wrong or faulty item. For a change-of-mind return, the original delivery charge is not refunded, and return postage is at your cost.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the unopened item under the terms above and place a new order for what you actually want — it is faster than holding a refund open while a second parcel travels.
Cancelling before dispatch
Email us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not gone to the courier we will cancel and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, the returns process above applies instead.
