اخلطي ملعقتين (34 جرام) من Mom's Nutrimix مع 200 مل من الحليب أو الماء، رجيها واشربيها أو امزجيها مع عصيركِ.

اخلطي ملعقتين (34 جرامًا) من "مومز نيوتريميكس" مع 200 مل من الحليب أو الماء، ثم رجّيه واشربيه أو اخلطيه مع عصيرك.
